Xceed Molecular’s Ziplex® system has been tested to evaluate the reproducibility of the signature of gene expression. Dr. Patricia Tonin has applied this new technology to study the pattern of expression of messenger RNAs in ovarian tumours. Her results confirm that this new technology could prove to be an interesting research platform for identifying tumour biomarkers.
